High-quality insect repellent. DEET-based repellent is a good option for strong protection. We recommend testing any new product at home before your trip.

Lightweight, long-sleeved shirts and long pants for protection from insects, especially in the evening.

Comfortable walking shoes suitable for uneven and muddy jungle trails.

Rain jacket or lightweight poncho.
