To reserve for you a spot we require a flat 300$ deposit.
After receiving it, your booking is finished and we would be glad to have a video call with you to introduce you to all the details and start the preparation process.
Please pay attention that the rest of the sum is to be paid in cash in USD at our center, before the start of your retreat.
In the city of Iquitos, the local rates for withdrawing cash from ATMs are not always convenient. So please consider taking cash from the country of your departure.
Due to the small groups we are having, we count on every single participant to arrive at the retreat. Otherwise, cancellations are hitting us pretty hard :(
Nevertheless, we want to keep a compassionate attitude towards everyone who feels overpowered by unpredictable circumstances.
For a deposit refund, we offer the following terms
100% refund for cancellation 60+ days before the start date.
50% refund for cancellation 30-59 days before the start date.
0% refund for cancellation 0-29 days before the start date.
The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) is due upon arrival.
