In the ceremony, meditation will allow you to weather any storm of thoughts just by having control over your attention. As a result, you will have a choice whether to be dragged into depths or not.

Journaling can be done in different ways depending on the desired outcome.
For Ayahuasca preparation, we want our journalling to clarify two questions: “Which things do I want to change in my life now?” and “How do I want those things ideally to look?”
Journaling about that will allow you to understand all the aspects of your life you are not satisfied with and you will get an idea of how you want them to look after being changed.
