Our daily itinerary is thoughtfully designed to create a balanced rhythm of ceremony, integration, nature immersion, nourishing meals, and rest.

Activities
Beach Visit
Unwind along a peaceful Amazon river beach as the sun sets over the water. Depending on the season, guests may enjoy swimming, relaxing by the shore, or gathering around a campfire beneath the evening sky.
Jungle Trekking
Explore the rainforest with a knowledgeable local guide and discover the remarkable biodiversity of the Amazon. Along the way, you’ll learn about medicinal plants, traditional uses of the forest, and the wildlife that surrounds the retreat.
Boat Tour
Travel through rivers and smaller jungle waterways while taking in the sights and sounds of the Amazon. Keep watch for monkeys, sloths, colorful birds, river dolphins, and other wildlife living along the banks.
Animal Rescue Center Visit
Visit La Isla de los Monos, a local rescue center dedicated to the protection and rehabilitation of Amazonian monkeys. Guests can learn about the animals, the threats they face, and the center’s conservation efforts.
Sugar Cane Mill Visit
Experience a traditional Amazonian sugar cane mill and learn how sugar cane is harvested, pressed, and transformed into regional products. This cultural visit offers a glimpse into local craftsmanship and daily life in the rainforest.
Integration Sessions
Our guided integration sessions provide a supportive space to reflect on your experiences and begin applying what you have learned to everyday life. Through conversation, grounding practices, and personal reflection, guests are encouraged to move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Yoga and Sound Therapy
Gentle yoga and sound therapy sessions help calm the nervous system, release physical tension, and support emotional balance. These restorative practices complement the retreat experience while encouraging relaxation, presence, and deeper connection.
